Lawn RX MN is a remote lawn diagnosis and advisory service. Depending on the service you purchase, we review the photos and information you send, analyze lab soil test results, and deliver a written diagnosis and plan with specific recommendations. For services that include a soil test, we arrange a collection kit shipped to your address with prepaid return postage to the lab.
We are an advisory service: we don't apply products, mow, or visit your property. You (or a contractor you hire) carry out the plan.
These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — lab volume, shipping, and weather can add time. If something is delayed, we'll tell you.
Our advice is only as good as the information you give us. You agree to provide accurate photos and details about your lawn, and to read and follow the manufacturer's label on any product we recommend — the label is the law, and it controls over anything in our reports.
Lawns are living systems. Our recommendations reflect our honest professional judgment based on what you provide, but outcomes depend on execution, weather, and conditions we can't see or control. We don't guarantee specific results, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Keep your account credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. Photos you upload remain yours; you give us permission to use them to prepare your diagnosis. We won't use your photos in marketing without asking you first. We may suspend accounts used abusively or unlawfully.
Written reports are prepared for you and your property. Share them with your household or your lawn contractor freely; please don't republish or resell them.
These terms are governed by Minnesota law. If we update these terms materially, we'll change the effective date above. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
