Diagnose

You get a written read on what's actually wrong — soil, water, disease, traffic, etc. — customized to your lawn. We can advise without a soil test, but for the most accurate data and guidance, we recommend one.

Advise

A real strategy for your lawn — think of it like a financial advisor, but for your yard. A plan that accounts for where your lawn is now, where it's headed this season and beyond, and what it actually needs to get there. Not a one-time fix.

Who's behind this

Not a franchise. Not a guess.

Your lawn isn’t just a zip code. Every diagnosis is built around what’s actually happening in your yard — your soil, your grass type, your specific problem. Real data, real answers, tailored to what’s growing (or struggling) in your yard. Minnesota clay, short seasons, and cold winters aren’t an afterthought here — they’re the starting point.

No site visit required. No contract. No recurring fees.

Questions

Frequently asked.

How fast will I get my diagnosis?

Spot Checks and Lawn Assessments come back as a written report within about 48 hours. Full Lawn Workups follow your lab results — roughly a week for the soil test round-trip, then your full report within 48 hours after.

How does the lab soil test work?

We ship a collection kit straight to your door. You collect small samples (simple instructions included), drop the prepaid mailer in the mail, and results are typically back in about a week — then we turn the chemistry into a plan.

What areas do you serve?

All of Minnesota. Everything is done remotely from your photos and your soil test, so it works the same in Duluth as it does in the metro.

Do you come to my house?

Nope — no site visit, no scheduling, no stranger walking your yard. Clear photos plus real lab data tell us what we need to know.

Do you apply the products too?

No — we're your advisor, not an application crew. We tell you exactly what to put down, when, and at what rate; you (or whoever you hire) applies it. That's why this costs a fraction of a season-long franchise contract.

What if I don't know my grass type or soil type?

That's our job. Photos usually identify the grass, and the soil test settles the rest — just tell us what you see and we'll figure out the details.

What's your refund policy?

If we haven't started your report and your kit hasn't shipped, you get a full refund, no questions. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
